Welcome to Siddhivinayak Travels. By using our website and booking our car rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General Terms
- Siddhivinayak Travels provides car rental services for business travelers, tourists, local residents, and families.
- By booking with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
2. Eligibility to Rent
- Renters must be at least 18 years with a valid government-issued driving license.
- Additional identity proof (such as Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN) may be required.
- International travelers must present a valid passport and international driving permit, where applicable.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
- To confirm a booking, partial or full payment may be required.
- Payments are accepted via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
- Prices displayed include transparent rental charges; however, tolls, parking fees, and fuel (unless specified) are the renter’s responsibility.
4. Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must be used only for lawful purposes.
- Subleasing, unauthorized drivers, or use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking, carrying hazardous materials, or transporting more passengers than the vehicle’s capacity is not allowed.
5. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with fuel as per booking terms.
- Renters are responsible for refueling before return unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking to qualify for a refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Damage & Liability
- Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period (excluding normal wear and tear).
- In case of an accident, the renter must inform Siddhivinayak Travels immediately and provide a valid police report if required.
- Insurance coverage details will be shared at the time of booking (if applicable).
8. Driver & Chauffeur Services
- If you opt for a chauffeur-driven vehicle, our professional drivers will operate the vehicle.
- Customers are not permitted to drive a chauffeur-assigned vehicle.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Siddhivinayak Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen events.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
